The team was a fantastic help

It was lovely to meet Natascha at Cedar Court last week when our event could finally take place after over 2 years of planning and I would like to take this opportunity, on behalf of the planning team, of thanking her and all the staff who helped us over the 2 days. I would particularly like to mention, along with Natascha, two members of staff namely Farzana and Naz (not sure of the correct spellings) who were a fantastic help and went out of their way to support us in ensuring the event was a huge success.

Probably one of the smoothest shows we’ve had

It was probably one of the smoothest shows we’ve had. Also wanted to leave feedback for your staff who were all helpful & a pleasure to work with. Especially Naz we had a little issue with the PA system during the day, which without being resolved would have caused us a lot of stress. However she resolved the issue straight away, whilst we were running around like headless chickens on the night, Naz took care of handling all the away boxers & their coaches, directing them to which changing rooms they had to be in. Took care of the officials. She was a real pleasure to work with.

The facilities and service throughout were first class

I do not usually leave reviews but in this instance the feedback I got from my colleague was first class.  From myself booking these rooms to my colleague carrying out his interviews there the service we received was second to none.  My colleague would certainly use your facilities again and has already told many other people about your hotel.  The price was very reasonable and the facilities and service throughout were first class.

I will book again

Everything last week went really well, the room was well presented and clean and the refreshment facilities was a god send. The only thing I would add is some healthy snacks such as bowl of fruit however when we asked they did bring us some up which was amazing. I will book the room again.

Huge thank you

Huge thank you to you and your team for such a wonderful night last Thursday. Our students had the time of their lives and we were so happy to be able to give them a memorable night after nearly 2 years of missed proms, festivals, holidays and celebrations! We will most certainly be back next year for the annual Ashville Christmas ‘Do’!

Everything we need to run successful meetings

I just wanted to drop a quick note to say a special thank you to ‘Auntie Jackie’. I work for Enterprise Holdings and we had a meeting today and have had some meetings at Cedar court recently. Our first meeting had some bumps but after our feedback was delivered you have really made an effort to improve. As an organisation that has also had to work through the pandemic I wanted to make the necessary people aware that the improvements and attention to our needs have been addressed.
Jackie is a real asset to your team and has been incredibly attentive to make sure we have everything we need to run successful meetings.
