Any coach groups booking into our properties (minimum 20 passengers) will be entitled to the following:
- Tea and coffee on arrival
- Porterage of one bag per person
- Upgrade of driver (where possible)
- Greeting on the coach from the hotel representative
- Free coach parking
- One free place in 20
- Standardised group terms and conditions across the brand
- Meal choice from 3 starters, 4 mains, 3 desserts including a daily choice of fresh vegetables and a serving of tea/coffee
- Table sizes – no bigger than 6 to a table (unless otherwise requested)
