Join our FITFLEX GYM and get fit your way. As the name suggests, our gym offers flexibility and fitness all in one.
Opening times: 5.30am – 10pm / 7 days a week
Facilities: changing room, showers and toilets, fully equipped gym – weights, cardio, stretching
Security: member-only entry access system
Membership: flat rate of £16.00 per month (+joining fee)
Please note that Swimming Pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi are no longer available.
