Lauren and Paul were amazing! Had a problem with my voucher however they did everything they could including keeping me calm to fix the problem which they did! Both very friendly! My friend and I have just been to the spa there and also had afternoon tea, it was brilliant, excellent value, the pool, sauna jacuzzi was really nice, had plenty of time to enjoy it all, then came the afternoon tea, both of us did not drink tea, so we got a cafetière of coffee each, lovely, we could not fault the sandwiches and cakes, more than enough, Paul and Lauren could not do enough for us, so a very big thank you for everything, we will be back.
