The Fit Club is a weight loss /healthy eating club for members and non members alike, running in blocks of 6 weeks.
During the course of the 6 weeks you will be under the expert guidance of our very own British National Champion and Personal Trainer Justine Davis-Hirst who will be offering tailor made exercise advice and classes plus Group personal training and nutrition sessions just for the Fit Club members.
