Trying to get fit for summer? Follow our amazing eight week cardio plan and we guarantee you'll see fantastic results. Train four times a week for 20 - 30 minutes - hardly any time out of your day so no excuses!

4 DAYS A WEEK 20-30 MINS

Week ONE
2mins low intensity, 30 seconds high.

Week TWO
2mins low intensity, 40 seconds high.

Week THREE up it to 30min up to week 6
2mins Low intensity, 50 seconds high.

Week FOUR
2mins Low intensity, 1 min high

Week FIVE
3 mins Low intensity, 90 seconds high

Week SIX
4mins Low intensity, 2 mins high

Week SEVEN & EIGHT up it to 40 mins
3mins Low intensity, 2mins high

Week EIGHT
2mins low intensity, 2mins high.

Week NINE & TEN up it to 48 mins
5 mins low intensity, 3 mins high


Also, starting week 3, add in ONE HOUR of LOW intensity cardio ONE DAY/week.
On NON training days.
