Terms & conditions (tribute nights / special events)

 

Deposits

All reservations can initially be made by telephone but must be confirmed in writing with deposit within 14 days otherwise your reservation will be offered for release. A £10 non-refundable deposit is required per person to secure your booking. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The number of places reserved must match the number of deposits received. If you intend coming into the hotel to settle your account please let us know so that we can ensure that someone from the Conference Office is available to see you.

Full payments

Should payment not be received by the due date your booking may be released. All monies received are non-refundable. Reservations can be made by credit/debit card or by cheque made payable to ‘Cedar Court Hotels’ Ltd’. If paying by cheque the hotel will only accept one cheque per party. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

Smoking policy

The hotel is a non-smoking building.

Table layouts

Layouts are subject to change at the hotel’s discretion.

Entertainment, acts, groups & DJs

Cedar Court Hotels cannot be held responsible for the failings or non-appearance of any of the musicians/tribute acts or DJs booked. However, the Management at Cedar Court Hotel will offer their best alternative at their discretion. The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission. The hotel also reserves the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative of equal value. No beverages of any kind are to be brought into the hotel by event guests even as a gift or prize unless prior written authorisation has been received from the General Manager. You will be liable for the cost of repairs carried out as a result of any damage caused to any part of the hotel premises/equipment by the negligence, wilful act/default of any person invited to the hotel by you or in your party. Cedar Court Hotel cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of another parties property, however caused.
