The health club team at Wakefield arrange regular get togethers for members to get to know other members and the team alike. From a night at the races to the three peaks challenge we listen to what you want to do and ensure there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Fit Club is BACK!

The Fit Club is a weight loss /healthy eating club for members and non members alike, running in blocks of 6 weeks at Cedar Court Hotel Leeds / Bradford

During the course of the 6 weeks you will be under the expert guidance of our very own British National Champion and Personal Trainer Justine Davis-Hirst who will be offering tailor made exercise advice and classes plus group personal training and nutrition sessions just for the Fit Club members.
