Whether it’s a full gym regime or just a little time to pamper yourself, our qualified team of fitness instructors are always available to advise you with your individual requirements, then available when assisting and monitoring your progress.

13m x 6.5m heated indoor swimming pool
Mixed poolside spa, sauna and steam room
Fully equipped gymnasium
Fast tan solarium
Poolside lounge area offering refreshments and daily      
newspapers and magazines

Opening Times:
Monday-Friday 6.30am-10.00pm
Saturday 8.00am - 8.00pm
Sunday 8.00am - 7.00pm
Last entry is one hour before advertised closing times
Childrens swimming is available daily 9am - 6pm daily.

Fit Club is BACK!

The Fit Club is a weight loss /healthy eating club for members and non members alike, running in blocks of 6 weeks at Cedar Court Hotel Leeds / Bradford

During the course of the 6 weeks you will be under the expert guidance of our very own British National Champion and Personal Trainer Justine Davis-Hirst who will be offering tailor made exercise advice and classes plus group personal training and nutrition sessions just for the Fit Club members.
