A Junior Sous Chef, from the Cedar Court Hotel in Huddersfield, has won the Hellmann’s Vinaigrettes Design a Dish competition, after the public voted his creative Lemon Meringue Pie with Fresh Raspberries their favorite dish.

Hotel Shortlisted For 2 Awards

Cedar Court Hotel Shortlisted for Leeds Hotels & Venues Association AwardsHeather Whitfield, Conference Manager at Cedar Court Hotel in Wakefield has been shortlisted for the Rising Star Award for this year’s prestigious Leeds Hotels & Venues Association Awards (LHVA).  In addition to this the Bars Team at the hotel have also been shortlisted for the Top Team Award.  The awards ceremony takes places at the Marriott Hotel in Leeds on Thursday 16th June 2011.

Wakefield hotel triumphs over Leeds in annual hotel awards 2009

Cedar Court Hotel Wakefield had a great night at last week’s Leeds Hotel Association Awards, with Jennie Russell, Duty Manager at the Cedar Court Hotel, taking top prize in the Rising Star category. The awards, which took place on Friday 8th May at the The Queens Hotel Leeds, recognized excellence in the hospitality industry. Winners are selected by a panel of hotel industry experts and winners receive a fabulous trophy and certificate for their achievements.
