Andrea for exceptional customer service and recently acknowledged by City & Guilds, with their Medal of Excellence. 
Richard Plews, Kitchen Porter and is undoubtedly the Hotel's unsung hero, no task is a problem for Richard!
Richard has been with the Hotel for over 10 years displaying loyalty to the company and his department.
