The competition has various stages –
1. The first stage is for the public to vote for their favourite Bradford restaurants to make up the Curry Capital team. The team is announced on the 1st September.
2. At the same time the public also vote for Bradford. This runs at the same time as the voting for the restaurants.
3. The Council must submit a bid document explaining why Bradford should win.
4. The Curry Capital team made up of the four most voted restaurants must also show evidence of charitable work and/ or host a charity dinner. The restaurants may also be mystery shopped by the Curry Capital competition organisers.
The competition finishes on the 26th September when the council submits the bid document
