Group Exercise Classes
At Cedar Court Health club we offer 4 group based exercise classes
Pilates (over 50’s only)
the slow and controlled flowing movements that strengthen the core muscles that stabilize and support the spine.
Mondays 10am – 11am
BoxFit A boxing workout, that will get you in shape fast.
Tuesdays 5:30am – 6:30pm
Aqua AerobicsThere’s a lot more to it than just having a splash about in the pool.
Tuesday’s & Friday’s 12:00pm – 12:45pm
Circuits This class is an all out fitness class.The class will help Improve joint mobility, Increase strength, develop core stability and promote overall fitness
Thursdays 5:30pm - 6:30pm
All our classes are available for members and non members alike
All classes are free to our Any Time members and £3 to other members and £4 to non members.
