Terms and Conditions of Booking

Provisional Bookings and Deposits
To make a provisional booking please contact the Booking Office on 01422 314005. They will check availability and will require a £10 per person non-refundable or non-transferable deposit to hold the reservation.

All reservations can initially be made by telephone, but must be confirmed in writing, with deposit, within 14 days, otherwise your reservation will be offered for release.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The number of places reserved must match the number of deposits received. If you intend coming into the hotel to settle your account please let us know so that we can ensure that someone from the Booking Office is available to see you.

Full Payments
Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to the event. Should payment not be received by the due date your booking may be released. All monies received are non-transferable and non-refundable. Reservations can be made by Credit/Debit Card or by cash or cheque made payable to ‘Cedar Court Hotels’.  If paying by cheque, the hotel will only accept one cheque per party. Charges will apply if more than one cheque per party is sent. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

Smoking Policy
Cedar Court Hotel is a totally non smoking building.

Damage Charges
Please note that any damage caused through overindulgence in alcohol will incur a specialist cleaning charge of £50.

Dress Codes
Midweek policy: no torn jeans or sportswear.  Weekend policy:  strictly no jeans or sportswear.

VAT
Prices are subject to change and will be charged at the rate of VAT at the time of the event.

Table Layout
Table plans are subject to total party numbers and subject to change without notice.

Entertainment / Acts / Groups / DJs
Cedar Court Hotels cannot be held responsible for the failings or non-appearance of any of the musicians/tribute acts or DJs booked. However the Management at Cedar Court Hotel will offer their best alternative at their discretion. The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission – dress codes apply (please see event page for details). The hotel also reserves the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative date of equal value.

No beverages of any kind are to be brought into the hotel by event guests, even as a gift or prize, unless prior written authorisation has been received from the Managing Director. You will be liable for the cost of repairs carried out as a result of any damage caused to any part of the hotel premises/equipment by the negligence, wilful act/default of any person invited to the hotel by you or in your party.

Cedar Court Hotel cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of another party’s property, however caused.
