Join us for a retro three course dinner, and be entertained by our live band ‘Funky Stuff’ playing all the best Motown and soul classics with a 70’s disco set thrown in for good measure. Our Resident DJ will then finish the night off with more classic floor fillers from the era!

Provisional Bookings & Deposits

A deposit of £10 per person is required for all bookings. The number of places reserved must match the number of deposits received.

Please note: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Dietary Requirements
All special dietary requirements will be catered for as long as they are pre ordered 14 days prior to the event.

Dress Code
No Formal Dress Code however – sportswear, trainers or ripped jeans are not permitted.

Full Payment
Full payment for all the events are required 14 days prior to the event.  All monies received are then non-refundable and non-transferable. Should payment not be received by the due date, your booking may be released. If you intend coming in to the hotel to settle your account, please let us know, this way we can ensure that the Events Co-ordinator is available to see you. Payment can be made by credit/debit card, cash or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Cedar Court Hotel. If paying by cheque the hotel will only accept one cheque per party, otherwise a processing charge of 50p per cheque will apply.

Drinks
Drinks vouchers are available in £5 or £10 denominations. Please ask the Events Co-ordinator for further details.

No beverages of any kind are permitted to be brought into the hotel by any event guests, even as a gift or prize without written authorisation given from the Managing Director.

Entertainment/Acts/Groups/DJs
Cedar Court Hotels cannot be held responsible for the failings or non-appearance of any musicians/tribute acts or DJs booked. However the management at Cedar Court will offer their best alternative at their discretion.

General
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative date of equal value.

You will be liable for the costs of any repairs carried out as a result of any damage caused to any part of the Hotel premises/equipment by the negligence, willful act/default of any person invited to the hotel by you or in your party. Cedar Court Hotel cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of another party’s property, however caused...
