All rates are inclusive of Breakfast (room service supplements may apply). Single room occupancy supplements £10.00. Accommodation bookings of 10 or more rooms are subject to group terms and conditions. All accommodation rates are subject to availability. Childs accommodation rate is based on the child sharing the adult’s room.

Please note, any accommodation booked via the internet may differ in price and may not include breakfast.

All special dietary requirements will be catered for as long as they are pre ordered 14 days prior to the event.

DRESS CODES
No formal dress code, however, sportswear, trainers or ripped jeans are not permitted.

CANCELLATION FEES
30 days and above: 25% of rate for accommodation and services reserved.
15-29 days: 50% of rate for accommodation and services reserved.
Less than 14 days: 100% of rate for accommodation and services reserved.

Cedar Court Hotels cannot be held responsible for the failings or non-appearance of any musicians/tribute acts or DJs booked. However the management at Cedar Court will offer their best alternative at their discretion.

PRIVATE PARTIES
For private parties, minimum numbers will apply, please ask for further details. The minimum numbers agreed will be considered guaranteed and charged for even if your final numbers are less.

The Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative date of equal value. No beverages of any kind are permitted to be brought into the hotel by any event guests, even as a gift or prize, without written authorisation given from the Managing Director. You will be liable for the costs of any repairs carried out as a result of any damage caused to any part of the Hotel premises/equipment by the negligence, wilful act/default of any person invited to the hotel by you or in your party.
