Cable Column able to work a variety of the muscle in the entire body.
Smith Machine for the more experienced weight lifters.
Chest Press works mainly on the arms, chest and shoulders or Biceps, Triceps, Deltoids and Pectorals.
Leg Extension Machine works mainly on the front of the thigh or Quadriceps.
Leg Curl Machine works mainly on the rear thigh and calves or Hamstrings and Gastrocnemius and Soleus.
