Using one of our associated suppliers means that we have done all the hard work for you. From caterers to florists, from DJ’s to event planners, Cedar Court Harrogate is able to offer you the complete package.
Our self catering event package includes the following:
* Function suite hire
* Kitchen hire with use of the full kitchen facilities on the day of the event
* The hire of all crockery, cutlery and standard glassware (if required)
* White base table cloths and paper napkins
* Red carpet entrance on arrival
* Hire of cake stand and knife for your wedding cake
* Tea light candles for each table.
* A dedicated Banqueting Manager to preside over your event and co-ordinate staff
* The flexibility to provide unlimited volumes of your own alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (except draught bitters, lagers and stouts) plus the use of our bar facilities.
* The storage of all drinks for two days pre and post your event.
* Complimentary standard accommodation for the evening of the wedding for the Bride and Groom
* Prayer Room (if required)
* Allocated guest changing facilities on the day of the event
* A preferential rate for your guests accommodation
* Outdoor garden area for photography.
