Sometimes all you want to do is simply relax with friends. Sometimes all you want is a quick bite to eat. Sometimes all you want is a beer with a good burger or a juicy steak.

BURGER RECIPE
Make 4 burgers
500g mince beef
75g finely chopped shallot
2 tbsp whole grain mustard
½ tbsp horseradish
Salt and pepper
1 egg
2tbsp flour
2tbsp chopped parsley
To make just simple put everything in a bowl together and give it a good mix and then split into 4 balls and shape into burger let them rest in the fridge for 30 min and simple cook grilling will take about 7-9 mins each side or in the oven about 15-18 mins it all depends on how well you like it cooked and why not put some bacon, cheese, rocket and tomato into bun as well?
