Head Chef Antony Hooley has enjoyed being a Chef for over 15 years. He has worked all over the country, cooking outstanding food at Rosette standard. He is passionate about letting the food do the talking and works hard with his team to create interesting and engaging menus.
We believe that each and every customer should have a fantastic dining experience whatever their occasion or budget. Here at the Cedar Court, Harrogate we enjoy working with modern and traditional styles of cooking and use fresh, local and seasonal produce.
The team is passionate about using as much of Yorkshire’s huge variety of top quality produce as we possibly can; most importantly we’re keen to make the most of what the Yorkshire region has to offer; It’s important to let the food speak for itself and that is what we do.
