Eating in our Brasserie will be an exciting experience that you will remember for a long time. All the chefs here cook with a passion and flair that is reflected in our outstanding monthly, seasonal menu. We aim to make the most of Yorkshire’s best local produce…producing good food every time. Breakfast:- Monday to Friday - 7am to 9.30am
Saturday & Sunday - 7.30am to 10am
Lunch:- Monday to Sunday - 12.30pm to last orders at 2.00pm
Dinner:- 6.30pm to last orders at 9.30pm

Starters
Roasted beetroot & sloe gin soup
Golden beetroot crotons, horseradish cream.
Pan fried pigeon breast salad
Pancetta, black pudding, coco nib dressing.
Crab titan
Chicory marmalade, avocado mousse, crab mayo,
sweetcorn sorbet, crab toast
Mains
Pan roasted venison
Pomme anne, trio of root veg puree,
blue berry & raisin jus
Baked fillet of salmon
Smoked haddock & artichoke risotto, lobster spring roll,
Lemongrass, ginger & tea vinaigrette.
Celeriac, mushroom & almond cannelloni
Saffron shallots, baby fondants, coverdale dressing.
Dessert
Hot chocolate fondant
Mint choc chip ice cream, chili chocolate tuille
Rhubarb frangipane tart
Brandy rhubarb puree, clotted cream ice cream
